*Long Term Home Care Services*
HHH Home Care, a licensed home care services agency with locations in Co-op City and White Plains, serves the Bronx, Westchester, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess counties. It provides an alternative for the adult and geriatric population who wish to remain at home and require supportive home care services to enhance and maintain their quality of life. The services are designed to enable clients to remain in the comfort and privacy of their own home and community surroundings.

	Bronx 801 Co-op City Blvd (at Drieser Loop) Bronx, NY 10475 (718) 239-6444 Our Bronx facility houses 480 residents in attractively furnished, fully equipped private and semi-private rooms. The day rooms on each floor, the solarium, and the landscaped patio and grounds provide inviting spots for residents and their guest to gather and socialize.

In 1998, Hebrew Hospital Home opened a brand new 160-bed facility in Westchester, on 60 serene wooded acres in suburban Valhalla. The unique two-story building has a spacious design that features many lounges, recreation rooms, and visiting areas where residents can socialize, as well as balconies and patios that offer views of the beautifully landscaped grounds.
*Adult Day Care*
The Morris E. Spector Adult Day Services center at our Bronx facility and our Adult Day Services Program at Hebrew Hospital Home of Westchester are medical model outpatient treatment programs that include medical, nursing, and therapeutic recreational activities for physically frail or mentally disabled seniors. Transportation and meals are provided
*Co-op Care Plan*
Co-op Care, a voluntary long-term managed care program approved by the New York State Department of Health and available to Bronx residents covered by Medicaid, provides many assistive services for the frail elderly and people who are physically challenged, chronically ill, or disabled.
*Senior Housing*
		Westchester Meadows, a state-of-the-art life care retirement community, opened in 2002. Located on 30 acres of private, scenic, beautifully landscaped grounds of the Hebrew Hospital Home campus in Valhalla, it features 120 attractive independent-living apartment homes as well as skilled nursing and assisted living units.
